Shipping and Delivery
Every parcel we ship is registered with one of our shipping agents like eParcel, Registered Post, Express Post or Fastway Courier. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow upto two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to approximately four to six business days for delivery. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. 96% of orders are posted the next business day, however your order maybe delayed for a few more days if your item is on restocking list.
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable for delivery. Customers are also responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package.
A shipping confirmation may be requested by the customer after submitting an order. Our online system will email a sales invoice immediately after an order is placed for confirmation that your purchase had been accepted for processing. To ensure the security of your delivery, we are unable to provide you with details on our communications with our shipping agents. However, we do provide tracking numbers to all customers once an order has been shipped and maintain tracking numbers for each delivery. We may not have tracking number for single perfume mini or sample. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.
Return to Sender Policy
If for whatever reason the carrier cannot get the parcel to you after a period of time (usually 2 weeks) they will return the parcel to us at our cost, which is effectively the cost to send the parcel. If a parcel has been returned to us as a result of error or inaction on your part, we reserve the right to pass additional charges onto you, as a condition of sending the parcel back to you.
Examples of error or inaction are if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (including not noting a company name where delivery is to a business address) or where you do not claim the parcel for more than 2 weeks from when the delivery driver leaves a card in your mailbox notifying you of their attempted delivery.
If you opt to cancel the order if the item is returned to us then we will refund you less shipping cost incurred, a restocking fee and our storage and handling cost, so that we are returned to a zero loss position on the order.
